Cold Plate

  • Reusable cold plates: great for extra protection — ice cream in August?
  • Eliminate wet and dry ice hassles forever.
  • Instructions:
    1. Before each use, place the plate in a freezer at a temperature at least 10° below the set point of the plate for 24-48 hours.
    2. Freeze the plate in a flat position.
    3. Handle with care when frozen as it is sensitive to shock.
    4. Do not expose to high heat (120°F)
